We loved this stay. Such a gorgeously presented hotel with awesome staff and an excellent breakfast. Russell was the host with the most. Very knowledgeable, friendly and hospitable. Thank you for taking great care of us.

The room was beautiful, safe and clean. It was the perfect location in Nice for me, located between the train station and Promenade des Anglais. The staff was helpful and friendly. The air conditioning worked great and I slept so well in the comfortable bed. I would stay here again!

Great stay in Nice! Boutique feel hotel with a cute elevator. Clean and bright accommodation in the heart of Nice. Bed was comfortable and location was convenient to walk see all the sites including the Old Town and Promenade de Anglais. We took the L2 from Nice airport to Jean Médecine and walked 450 meters to the hotel.

Great for 2 or 3 nights

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location is great, very walkable most places and train station is 5 mins away. Rooms are basic, however clean enough. It’s not the quietest however if using as a base for a couple of nights this is an excellent choice

Loved the Hotel Aria. Great location, close to the Nice Ville station, a short walk to The Promenade, shopping and dining options so all in all, we were very happy with The Aria. Great little restaurant next door too.

Great Hotel

This was a very Nice Hotel. Clean room, Nice sized room and Bathroom. Nice View. Quaint Boutique type hotel. Excellent and helpful staff. Great Location with easy access to most things.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It was our first time in Paris and this hotel is a great location, walkable to many great shopping and restaurants. The main reception lady during the day isn't that friendly so if you need anything just wait and ask the night desk people, they were so helpful and lovely!

Nice Hotel

The hotel was lovely. It was clean but looked a bit dated in our room. The only downside was it is quite a walk into the old town of Nice which is where the main area is.

This is a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay here. Our room was great and the location is nice. It is not too far from the Promenade Des Anglais and a good price. The only downside for us was that our room was at the front of the building and it could be a bit noisy at night with traffic, and also the walls are thin and you could get a bit of noise from other rooms but otherwise a great experience. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Nice. Area was walkable and only about 10 minutes from the beach. Hotel was clean but pretty basic as far as accommodations go. The rooms were small but this is fairly typical of European hotel rooms. There was a closet in the room which was nice for storage. Our main complaint with the room was that there was a wall mounted air conditioner that didn’t work very well. Not ideal for peak summer heat. Building is definitely on the old side so not surprising that it didn’t have central air. The hotel offers a breakfast which we did not originally sign up for (it’s discounted if you sign up in advance). The front desk staff told us it was great and talked us into doing it for the days we stayed there. I wasn’t really impressed with the selection of foods or the fact that you literally had to make your own orange juice an electric juicer. No coffee service either, and if you want coffee you have to make it yourself at a machine with preset options. Overall not a bad place to stay if you’re looking for a more budget friendly option. It gets the job done without much frills.
