「Excellent hotel 」

「The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. We have big expectations to take a bath in such a big and beautiful bathroom. However, seems the bathtub stopper was damaged so all the water was flow away. We could only take...

「Our stay at Nice Hotel Côte d’Azur was absolutely perfect. To our pleasant surprise, the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower base. The only minor issue was that the shower gel dispenser by the shower base was empty—but we simply used the one by the bathtub instead, so it wasn’t a problem. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Nice-Ville train station, making it easy to walk to Avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade...

「Zentrale Lage, freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, Frühstück OK, super Preis-Leistungs Verhältniss.Sehr sauber, gut isolierte Fenster, bequemes Bett.

「Noemie is so kind for helping everything during the stay, thank you for your hosting」

「The room and decor are a bit old and not as impressive as the photos on website shown」

「Overall, the hardware and facilities of the hotel are satisfactory and met my expectations. However, I encountered a couple of service issues that I believe are worth noting. Firstly, during check-in, the amount quoted by the staff was €300 higher than my confirmed booking rate. It was only after I presented my booking receipt that the correct price was applied. It is disappointing to have to manage such billing discrepancies personally. Secondly, the service at the front desk was inconsistent....

「Not really four stars of hotel, very small reception, one staff only and very small lift. Room is quite new, and with comfort bed. But, I will not choose it again 」

「Very nice staff and excellent location」

「Highly recommend 」
