"The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing...

"The hotel is right in the city center. Beside is the Notre dame and 5 mins walk to the train station. In front is the tram that goes to the Place de Massena and other tourist spots. The hotel is quite old and the carpet on the halllways need replacing. The room is pretty small and is expected for the city and in France but it’s overpriced for that kind of hotel.
