「L’accueil par le personnel est excellent et les lieux sont entretenus. La literie est très bonne et le lieu est calme. Nous pouvons y passer de bonne nuit. Je déplore cependant à vous retrouver des cheveux dans le lavabo ainsi que sur le lit et surtout une très forte odeur de moisissure, qui nous oblige à dormir la fenêtre ouverte 」

In my trip experience, I found the staff at least the front desk was quite friendly at the time I arrived a bit late in the evening. 「太糟糕了！看戛纳船展住了8天，是在国内提前预定的，无法取消，无奈！距离港口远，每天乘坐公交往返，主要的还是酒店设施极为简陋，卫生间水管漏水，淋浴完了到处是水，不打扫卫生，前台居然让我去超市买垃圾袋，价格不便宜！」

「We were a family with 3 kids. The room was very dirty, visible dust everywhere. Low comfort. Dishwasher was broken. No internet. Our room was on the ground floor and the outside area was not usable, the furniture to dirty to use, ants everywhere and bushes not trimmed.The «hotel» charged us 140 euro more for taxes and refused to answer anything when we asked why. 「Excellent hotel in a high demand area. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. There were no offers to help with bags or for recommendations in the area. The rooms have been updated recently. While pretty, it’s clear the renovation was surface-level only.
