Great location, a nice stay

Really clean, excellent location. The breakfast was as expected but we opted to cook oirselves or eat out. The kitchenette is suitable for a less than a week's stay if you just do fast brekkie cooking

Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice breakfast. Fridge was big enough to store food for several days. Bathroom was a bit small but practical. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. A good bonus was the laundry room.

Great for convenience

Off peak stay for one week was great value overall. The room is quite big, kitchenette, sink, kettle, refrigerator and hob. En-suite adequate. Plenty of room in wardrobe with lots of hangers. Air conditioning and a small balcony. The location is perfect, 6 mins walk to Garibaldi (L2) tram station, which goes directly to airport. Also, 12+ bus stops right outside.

Tried a different location in Nice this stay and it was last munute and prices high. Overall good. Walk to beach, old Nice, main shopping street and port. Good (not small places as some other Nice hotel parking) underground parking (16€/day).

Room with a balcony which should have been nice, but other folks staying there were out on their balconies middle of night smoking, having arguments; a generator ran a few nights - no cleaning, no clean towels - definitely not a hotel, but an apartment living arrangement. The woman who hosted the breakfast every morning was very nice! Folks at the front desk were nice too!

This Adagio was just fine for our travels. The room was pretty big for a hotel room and had a little balcony overlooking a courtyard. The little kitchen was small but efficient. Our only issue - and not the fault of Adagio at all - the city is tearing down a huge building across the street and the sidewalk was all torn up. The hotel is right around the corner from the major tram line - close but spared the noise it creates. Nice itself is wonderful!

Convenient Location, Property Needs Updating

Big construction site right across the Street made for quite a lot of noise though nothing the hotel could control. Front desk personnel are friendly & helpful. Property is worn & needs renewing. Great location near restaurants, bars, grocery, public transit. Easy walk to Old Nice. Be cautious of purse snatchers & pickpockets in the area.

Good location within walking distance of Port Lympia and Old Town, with trams every few minutes to train station etc. Room was basic but clean and functional and was well equipped for self catering. Great price for decent accommodation in Nice.

Great stay in a well-equipped studio, really appreciated the kitchenette and private bathroom. The location was within easy walking distance to the Old Town, to the bus/tram lines, and to local shops and restaurants. Great find!

Overall we had a good and comfortable stay. The room had everything we needed. The hallway carpet needs to be replaced. It has ugly stains all over. The room itself was clean. Convenient location. The construction across the street didn't bother us because our room was facing the courtyard. Would stay there again.
