The staff were wonderful and friendly, we were allowed to have the room earlier as it was already fixed by noon. The airconditioning was great especially during the heat wave. The location is perfect, very near the tram and train station. Our room was facing the train track so some noise was expected but not too disturbing. Breakfast looked good but we didn’t eat in as we weren’t too hungry in the mornings. Will definitely stay again.

This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. The room was dirty and the staff seemed disorganized and unprepared. While the location near the station sounds convenient on paper, the street itself is a serious problem: the building next door appears to be a hub for drug activity, with addicts constantly coming and going. They gather in groups right at the hotel entrance and along the street, which makes the area feel genuinely unsafe, especially at night. It felt like tourists were being watched and targeted. Between the room conditions and the sketchy surroundings, this hotel barely deserves 2 stars. I wouldn't recommend it, and I'd think twice about walking here alone after dark.

Location is perfect, staff were lovely - personally I won’t be staying here again, the walls are so thin you can hear an entire conversation thats happening in the room next to you. I did speak to staff about this but it continued with both groups next to mine. The walls are just too thin and I value my sleep
