「整體還不錯，只是早餐有點雷！」

「Staff was helpful and very friendly! Loved being in the French Quarter!」

「Check in and use of parking was not good at all. Never got correct room just settled because of hassles. Parking was a bit of a walk from room and never worked for easy in and out.」

「The hotel was nice. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful with directions and things to do. The breakfast was very good.」

「The breakfast choices were excellent. The staff was very helpful and making your stay enjoyable.」

「Good」

「Absolutely terrible. Will never stay or recommend this place. For the price its a disgrace. The only nice ppl working here is the older guy helping with luggage and the cleaning ladies. Everyone else is RUDE, crabby or glued to a phone. Rooms are small, ours had multiple issues, like the toilet that didnt flush, shower was broken and we had a giant 3 inch roach the nice cleaning lady killed for us. Our room keys stopped working not once, not twice, NOT THREE TIMES... FOUR TIMES!!!! Only...

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「Over priced. The parking charge is high. The shower is weak. 」

「The front desk staff Joel and Stephenson were very helpful. Customer service/hospitality was 10/10. Both gentlemen went above and beyond to accommodate me and my guests. We were celebrating my daughter’s 30th birthday! I would definitely recommend and would visit again.」

「The staff was beyond helpful, at check in they helped carry our bags up the stairs to our room.」

「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」
