"The hotel staff was horrible and the room was filthy."

"This is our second time staying here; we come to town for comic con and it’s close to the convention center, so it’s really convenient. We’ve had a great experience here both times! All the staff we encountered were SO welcoming and helpful. The day we checked out we still had a full itinerary of events to attend, and they let us keep our luggage in a secured room so we wouldn’t have to haul everything around with us. Do go for the breakfast package- you get a voucher for a cafe drink and any item from their breakfast menu for each member of your party. There were 4 of us and we each got something different from the menu, and all of it was delicious. The only thing I didn’t love was that they sent up the robot with our vouchers at 7:30 in the morning, ringing the phone several times to let us know. The front desk staff did tell us they’d send the vouchers up with the robot, but no specific time was mentioned and we had no idea they used the room phone to indicate it was there; so each time it rang and we picked it up there was just a dial tone, we had to call down to the front desk to see what was happening. We’d had a late night and this woke all of us before we were ready. I think next time I’ll ask if they can provide us the vouchers at check-in, but we’ll definitely stay here again."

"Kitchen was fully equipped. Modern new aesthetic. Only downside was there’s no restaurant on site. Breakfast was okay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Didn’t really get to interact with staff other than the valet attendants. The gentlemen parking the cars were very kind, polite, friendly and respectful. The virtual staff (texting me throughout our stay) were helpful. The location was near all major attractions, walking distance. Over all, good experience! Would definitely stay there again. "
