"plenty of hot water, comfy beds, wi-fi worked. Walls were thin, noises from other rooms was unpleasant, Bathroom door could not be closed and another couple we were traveling with had to complain about their sink falling off the wall. There was no laundry room and no laundromat nearby. If you wanted you room cleaned you waited seven days or paid a forty dollar fee. a/c didn't do much good. Needed more than one person at the front desk. Front desk, lobby area and restaurant/bar were quite nice"

"The hotel was great but the 3rd party shuttle service was horrible. It was an issue with being picked up at the airport. Almost an hour late and poor communication. The driver was wreck less. Same with the shuttle diver to pier 66 the next morning."

"Small room in old building showing signs of its overall age but fresh re-model of the kitchenette and bathroom. Convenient shuttle to the cruise port on the Saturday I used it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Everything about the place was amazing except some of the loud guests in the pool and in the corridors! Pools were amazing when not crowded. The saunas and jacuzzi was pretty good as were the cinema and karaoke space rooms. Of course, there is also the ease of being about to walk downtown, to the waterfront and South Lake Union restaurants!"
