"Left our bags hours before check-in so we were able to check out the city unencumbered. We really appreciated that. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds and good shower. Standard continental breakfast met our needs. Nice to have coffee available 24 hrs."

"We stayed at the Crown Plaza the night before boarding a cruise ship to Alaska. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Seattle which makes it walkable to many attractions. Eric at the front desk was very kind and helpful at check in. The elevator system is high tech and took a little time to get use to, but we figured it out. Parking fee is high but expected in a City with little to no parking. The view from our room was amazing- we enjoyed our stay."

"The room was smaller than the rooms at the other hotels we stayed at. The daily parking fee was not listed on the official Hotels.com website when I did the booking. Otherwise, we're probably taking an Uber from the airport to the hotel instead of renting a car for 4 days."

"Location easy to get to from SEA airport and attractions. Hotel is under construction! No noise but a little congested when you exit the lobby. Room was clean & comfortable. Good drink & snack selection in the Lobby, water fill station is great. The restaurant is incredibly slow. In fact, no one greeted us and I waited with my Son for over 10 minutes at our table. No one even gave us menus or offered beverages. The 3 servers were working the bar and the floor and bussing tables. I approached the Bar and asked how we could order some breakfast. I was told, “someone will be there”. No one ever came. It was our last day & was hoping ro have a convenient breakfast. We left after a 15+ minute wait. We found a fantastic Cafe down the block! Highly recommend Freya Bakery Cafe!!! It’s a close walk from the Hotel."

"clean, modern property that’s close to everything. restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery store, are all within walking distance. no key to enter the building nor your room, it’s all with a code that you are given the day of check-in. although, there is no front desk, there is a person at the front that can help you with check-in or other questions you might have. there are 2 downsides. the first is that there is no elevator. i don’t mind, but others might. the second is that the rooms are really, really small, including the bathroom. so if you’re a bigger person that might be an issue. overall, i would consider staying here again."
