"Excellent customer service. Due to a flight delay, we arrived to the hotel at 11pm and they no longer had our type of room available. The manager quickly found us a different room but with a different bed arrangement. Since there would not be enough beds, they brought us rollaway beds for the kids. As an apology, they offered us waters and snacks, complimentary breakfast, refunded fees and part of our stay. Although the room issue was an inconvenience, they were quick to resolve it. "

"A beautiful hotel, excellently placed for many tourist attractions in Seattle. Stylishly furnished, amazingly comfortable beds & pillows, super efficient air con, super helpful staff. I would have liked to be able to have breakfast at the hotel though, but the amazing front desk staff gave us helpful guides of places to eat close to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at the Paramount and would readily recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle."

"The best part of Seattle was the employees and the stay at this hotel. We did not feel safe in the city even during the daylight. I was with my family of five and we pretty much enjoyed the hotel the one night we were there. Every employee went above and beyond. I highly recommend this location ."

"We arrived earlier than check-in the lady was super friendly and helpful, stored our bags so we could go sight-seeing. She also offered and arranged a shuttle for us the next morning!! Very nice!!"
