"Everything is automated & hooked up to an iPad or the front desk can see what's going on with your room. Our climate control wasn't working which is why I gave the room a 4. They put me in a different room remotely & rekeyed my card so I didn't have to go down & back up which was nice. This place is very cool! We enjoyed our stay & will return the next time we are visiting Seattle "

"This was a beautiful property. We were in Seattle during the most devastating time of our lives and these owners were so wonderful with us. They went above and beyond for our family. The unit itself was in excellent condition, very clean and in excellent location. The beds were all very comfortable. I highly recommend this place. "

Even though Berlin Wall was a step up from Wall Street, it still does not look as nice as the photos. They do some great tweaks on the photos making everything look vibrant. All the furniture is old, not in good shape, pillows are flat & feel like they are 10 years old, mattresses are hard, I tossed & turned every night, sheets are rough and dull, old towels. So many updates they need to do. Living room furniture looks nice in photos but in person the furniture looks awful. I do interior design & these properties need a lot of attention. The kitchens are nice, but that is all. I do not recommend these properties. "
