"The Hotel is such a great location for the UW! Great shops and food all in walking distance, too. The Pointdexter cafe that is part of the hotel has wonderful coffees and great healthy breakfast options that were so appreciated! The hotel itself is such a fun, quirky vibe and had a great view from our room to the water. Will stay again if visiting UW!"

"Vince and Isla were excellent hosts. Vince was communicative and helpful. The property is clearly cared for and loved which encouraged me to care for and love the property as well. I loved the Game of Thrones theme. I really appreciate the black washcloths they provide for makeup removal. My room had a Nespresso machine and complimentary coffee pods. The bed as very cozy. I hope to stay again if they’ll have me!"

"The overhead to enter the building was onerous. Having to send pictures of self, driver's license, using 3rd party payment apps (which I believe is a violation of Hotels.com ToS) for cleaning and deposit, was frustrating. Once I had the codes to enter the room, it fit my requirements, but I wholly do not recommend having rooms like this on Hotels.com for last minute bookings."

"It was a very nice unit. The family that lives above the unit is fairly loud. We had to time our sleeping around them. There is also very limited parking. Lastly, the entrance is fairly dark and it can be hard to get the front door opened. "

"The room was clean. The check in process was poorly explained. You can’t check in till 4pm, but we thought it was 2pm. You have to go through the master bedroom to get to the restroom. And the elevator broke down during our stay. The location was good and close to the Market and Piers. "
