Nice place in a quiet residential section of Capitol Hill, in easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping. Host was communicative and friendly.

Neighborhood is good. Clean and neat. We had lock access problem
Vince was a fantastic host. We had an incredible time staying at this property. The heating works perfectly and kept us warm all throughout our trip. It’s located in the heart of Capitol Hill and so close to all of our favorite spots! A hidden gem!!
Property was super clean - I didn’t realize I would have to go into the hall to access my bathroom. First night it was quiet - second night kind of noisy - I just kept the fan on 😁
Vince was very welcoming from the start, he sent us a guidebook for the property which included ideas of what to pack, what the property provides and places to go around Seattle. The place is very clean, the room smelled very nice and there was fresh towels provided in the bathroom. The common area was shared with other guests who are very polite and respectful of the space. The area around the apartment is quiet and beautiful, only a short walk to the nearest grocery shops, cafes and parks; and a 15 minute drive or 30 minute bus ride from downtown Seattle. Overall it was a great experience, would definitely recommend as a short or long term stay and wound look to book here again if I decided to come back to Seattle.

Great location, some amenities and noise concerns
I recently stayed at this property, and overall, it was a positive experience. The owners were fantastic, very responsive and quick to address any concerns or issues that came up during my stay. The location is definitely a highlight, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
However, there were a few things that could use some improvement. The towels provided were quite small and thin, making it difficult to dry off properly. Additionally, the doors in the unit were very squeaky, which could be easily fixed with a little WD-40. The number pad for entry was also very loud, which was a bit disruptive at times. Lastly, the walls seemed thin, so noise from neighbors could be heard, especially during busier times.
All in all, while there are some areas that could use attention, the owners’ hospitality and the great location made the stay worthwhile.

The property was very clean and comfortable. However, this property used false advertising by showing a picture of the bedroom with the bathroom en-suite. When I got there, I found that I had to go out into the hall to use the bathroom. I had not packed a robe and wound up having to go out into the common hall to use the bathroom at night. When I wrote to the property manager about it, he gave me a story about it being a safety requirement, which doesn’t make sense. I felt less safe having to go out into the hall to use the bathroom. Also, there were some suites that did have the bathrooms inside. I feel I was a victim of false advertising because the picture in the ad definitely shows the bathroom as en-suite. And I was lied to.
Definitely a hostle style property, which we were not aware of based on the listing. This is a unit you might want to avoid booking in the summer time as it was insanely hot in the room. We were grateful to do laundry at the property, but it was extremely
Even though the suite is small, it’s clean and serves its purpose! Each suite seems to have its own private bathroom, though they aren’t attached to the suite so you have to enter a common hall to use the bathroom. Each one has a code though and feels secure and is well stocked with towels and paper products. Bed was comfy, building was quiet! Check in was super easy and street parking wasn’t too hard to find!
The place was great, however they can add some blackout curtains, our room especially had two bright lights from the outside building making the room extremely bright at night, also you could hear everything from everywhere not very good sound insulation, if you are a light sleeper.
The code to check in did not work. The door was unlocked remotely. Had to leave door unlocked as the code hours later still did not work. Used hard key. Fighting to find on street parking was very tough and time consuming
While my room was nice, I wish it would've been disclosed that the bathroom was outside my actual room. I was glad to have a private bathroom but it just didn't feel as private as it would have if it was in my actual room.
Need better sound proofing of the doors. It was like the door wasn't even there.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Be prepared to not have your private bathroom in your room. Also it is very difficult to find street parking nearby as the unit is in a residential neighborhood with limited available spaces.
Kitchen and laundry is shared and was very unclean and fridge smelled of old food that was in there.
