「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「Best property!!」

「An absolutely stunning hotel in a fabulous location, absolute luxury and cannot fault. Room was pure comfort with a view to die for through the floor length windows and from the balcony. Hotel has a beautiful terrace for enjoying the stunning views. The staff were a joy and couldn’t do enough for you - I cannot recommend this place enough if you want to stay in sheer comfort and enjoy absolute quality accommodation. 「Nice stay in a beautiful setting but expensive for stay overall.」

「We had an amazing stay at Alcázar. The room was beautiful, breakfast excellent, and the staff was truly professional and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!」

「Good breakfast, but worse bathroom」

「a beautiful hotel in a perfect location!! Breakfast every morning was delicious and the view from our balcony was so stunning!」
