「Im großen und ganzen ist das Hotel TOP. Wir wurden sehr freundlich Empfangen. Das Essensbuffet ist riesig und sehr gut. Vor allem, da es jeden Abend ein anderes Thema wie "Italienischer Abend" gibt und somit auch ein wenig Abwechslung zum normalen Buffet. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vorallem Gabriel hat uns sehr viel weitergeholfen. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sehr sauber. Auch das Personal vom Housekeeping ist sehr freundlich. Bei den Liften muss...

「Room was modern and had good facilites, was a comfortable stay. Hotel was close to everything needed, supermarkets, resturants, town, beach, transportation. Staff were great. Only down side was room got very hot but there is a fan provided.」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Grosses Zimmer Guter Startpunkt zum Nationalpark Teide (30 Minuten mit dem Auto zur Talstation der Teidebahn) Ruhiger und entspannter Aufenthalt mit guter Parkmöglichkeit. 2 beheizte Jacuzzi & eine tolle kleine Outdoor Sauna die mit Holz beheizt wird. 「No entiendo las malas reseñas de otros huéspedes, un hotel que por lo que por si precio, ubicación, atención, seguimiento, instalaciones... Y muchas más cosas está para quitarse el sombrero. Las chicas de recepción no pueden ser más atentas no amables, la limpieza muy buena, la cama super cómoda, las instalaciones pensadas al mínimo detalle para que no te falte de nada, cápsulas y demás productos en la máquina expendedora, microondas para uso personal por si quieres calentarte una cena y...

「Great stay, staff were polite and very helpful/accomodating. The location was perfect, in walking distance of supermarkets, places to eat out, the beach and transport. Very close to the local town also, the area felt safe. Only advise is to book parking in advance if you want it by the hotel and noise travels but is managable. Would defo stay again if I were to return to the area!」

「War eine super Unterkunft, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Strand war super. Das Apartment/Studio war sauber und einwandfrei. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts, von allem (Teller etc.) waren 4 Stück vorhanden. Selbst ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen war im Schrank vorhanden. Ich würde das Hotel immer wieder buchen und weiter empfehlen. 」

「First holiday away since a heavy spine surgery. Staff were welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, kind. Recommendations to local attractions and explainibg how the taxi and bus system works (titsa app) allowing me to save money on travel and take the scenic routes. The hotel was incredibly secure ( as a woman, i felf very safe staying alone) and the outside and surrounding area is stunning, facilties are incredibly clean. Hands down, the best hotel i have stayed at. Highly recommend to anyone!...
