「Nice enclave of multiple buildings in a quiet gated property. 30 minute walk to the Colosseum. Linen was clean and bed was firm and comfortable. Now the negatives: the amount of perfume the cleaners used in the hallways and room was positively overwhelming. Had to air-out room with open windows all day to get rid the smell. Rooms were not well maintained. Walls were scuffed, and there was hardware (towel hook) that was missing from its mount. Other hardware was loose and crooked in bathroom....

「The suites are actually located in an apartment complex. There is no front desk. The registration forms are emailed to you when you reserve on Expedia for completion. Some things were in Italian but you can easily use Google Translate. Keep the instructions for accessing the property handy so you don't have any issues when you arrive. The location is excellent. 「Convenient location right next to the metro with clean, large rooms with good air conditioning. Although the nearby road was noisy, it didn’t disturb us as the rooms have good noise cancellation. Had no problems at all, but did have the hosts number incase we needed anything and he was quick to respond. Would recommend」

「Perfect location in town, very near to the metro station and easy for the transportation. This place have about five independent rooms with ensuit bathrooms of each room. There is a common place where there are refrigerator , dining table, coffee matchine and simple cookware. Definitely worthy of the price and there are also plenty local food restaurants around here.」
