"Great hotel with an excellent location and a wonderful breakfast buffet. One of the reception staff members, an older gentleman with glasses, was especially helpful and made a great impression. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his name. On the other hand, one of the middle-aged ladies at the reception seemed to be in a bad mood and was not as welcoming. However, this did not significantly affect my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed the hotel and would be happy to stay here again."

The staff are really lovely and very friendly."

"The hotel is across the street from Kyoto Station. The room was very clean and serviced each day. Breakfast had a wide range of dishes both Japanese and Western..
