"We stayed here after four days in Tokyo and the hotel is located right in the thick of Kyoto. You are a short walk from Gion and around the corner from A+ shopping but still very much on the heart of Kyoto which we enjoyed. The property is quiet and beautiful and shipping luggage to the airport was a breeze thanks to the staff highly recommend. Breakfast wasn’t bad either"

"We had a wonderful stay at NOHGA Hotel Kiyomizu Kyoto and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many of Kyoto’s must-see attractions, making it easy to explore the city without constantly relying on transportation. Our group included multiple generations of family members, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and a great home base for sightseeing. One of our favorite features was the rooftop bar. It was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day while enjoying beautiful city views."

"The hotel and the staff are great. Being connected to train station is ultra convenient. The only negative was the washer/dryer combo. Does not fully dry clothes. I work in laundry so I know exactly how much should into a washer/dryer to make it work properly. Other than they beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, and great location."
