"We booked a room (and prepaid) and called to confirm that late check-in was ok because of the repeated delays of the flight. When we got to the hotel, finally, at 2:30am, we were turned away because the hotel was overbooked and there was no room left - even the room we already paid for. It caused great inconvenience to us in the wee hours in the morning… We can’t trust this hotel."

"This is our favorite hotel to stay at when going to Lightning games. It's safe, clean, comfortable and convenient. A shuttle can take you to the arena! Parking is only $10/night - the least expensive around. Our room is always clean and quiet. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It's a high end hotel without all of the extra fees. We love it!"

"Everything was great but we were put on the 9th floor and not on the pool side not only was a concrete wall on our balcony and obstructed our view but but when you look down it was a view of view of roofs I was no happy I recommend getting pool side below the 9th floor which is what I booked on this site but did not get very disappointed !!"

"The room was clean but not in the greatest of repair. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The carpet by the desk was torn. Cracks in the corner above the window. The staff were great. The restaurant is WAY overpriced for the quality of food it provides. My cheeseburger bun was stale and hard on one side. Overall, 4/5 but if you had a chance to oh a little more for a higher rated hotel - definitely go for it!"

"Had roaches and mice droppings on counters and in bathroom, no toiletries provided, no toilet paper or Kleenex in room. Linens looked dirty. Room needs a deep clean and update badly. Don’t waste your money."

"The location is very convenient to resturants and beach. The resort is somewhat dated and could use some updating on decor. We did not receive housekeeping services at all on day 1. I went to desk on Day 2 and requested housekeeping. Then on day 3, when I requested it, they only brought us clean towels and did not make our beds. Bathrooms are very dimly lit. The overall amenities as far as beach access and chairs for the beach were very good. I would return just keeping in mind it is an older resort. "
