「We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!」

「Not a good stay overall.
The amenities were nice, and access to the beach and pools was convenient and enjoyable. However, the room was in very poor condition. First, check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but we didn’t receive our room until 5:45 PM. Although they offered us a late check-out, it didn’t make up for the issues we experienced.
The biggest problem was a leak in the bathroom ceiling—it was leaking like a shower. By 8:30 PM, we couldn’t even use the toilet because the water was...

「We got no maid service the last day. We left the room before 10 am and came back at five with a visitor. Unmade beds, unkempt room. Embarrassing. The next morning, we had no pods for coffee. Disappointing. We have come here for years and never felt so disrespected. 」
