「While Expedia did not provide the correct room type, the staff graciously upgraded our accommodations. Unfortunately, there were no available rooms on the first floor, which slightly exacerbated my knee issues due to the stairs. The room itself, despite its 1970s aesthetic, was impeccably clean and offered a delightful selection of snacks. The staff was truly exceptional, assisting us even after regular hours. 「Service was definitely lacking. Breakfast was slim, cold and utensils/bowls had to be asked for. Room was ok, had to ask for towels daily. The view from our balcony room was the only thing I can give a 10 rating on. Stay at your own risk.😕」

「I was denied my 3 day reservations because I am a resident of Hot Springs! I had never heard of anyone being turned down reservations because you are a resident of the same city. Thankfully the nice people at Expedia are working on getting me a refund.」

「The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing.」

「Staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms are older and need to be updated. The beds are firm, not very comfortable. Walls are thin, you can hear the other guest talking and running down the hallway as well as the traffic on the highway. I don't plan to stay in the future.」

「No in-room coffee. Was told that it was a corporate decision to cut costs. They did have 24 hour coffee available in the lobby. I guess if you want a coffee when you wake up, wear your Jamie's, walk down the hallway take the elevator walk to the lobby, then go back.」
