「I originally planned to stay a few nights, but my experience at this place was so amazing that I ended up extending my trip substantially. I will be coming back here again and again.」

「There was mold along the caulk in the shower. There were no trash bags in any of the bins when we checked in nor when room service came to tidy up the room while we were gone. The room was so humid that the floors were sticky, including the carpet, and the beds felt wet upon getting in them. The indoor pool had leaves all in the bottom of it, and it was not very “heated”. 「My room was perfect. Front desk staff were so very helpful and so very friendly. Breakfast was a great option and was fresh hot and tasty. I will stay here again if I come back to Benton. This was truly the best small motel I have ever stayed at. I rate this hotel right up there with the expensive fancy hotels.」

「The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing.」

「The air conditioner in our room would not maintain temperature. The room would get cold and then get hot all night long making it difficult to stay asleep. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. Aside from the AC issue it was a great stay.」

「I ended up paying 70$ more than I had expected to pay and I’m not sure why. Also the shower wouldn’t drain because of a clog. The breakfast was amazing!! The room was very clean except for the clogged drain. The WiFi was misspelled which made me nervous to use it.」
