「Staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms are older and need to be updated. The beds are firm, not very comfortable. Walls are thin, you can hear the other guest talking and running down the hallway as well as the traffic on the highway. I don't plan to stay in the future.」

「No in-room coffee. Was told that it was a corporate decision to cut costs. They did have 24 hour coffee available in the lobby. I guess if you want a coffee when you wake up, wear your Jamie's, walk down the hallway take the elevator walk to the lobby, then go back.」

Ladies at desk were very nice and friendly. Close to Oaklawn across street. Breakfast was nice too. We stay there a lot every time in Hot Springs.」
