「Stayed 3 nights and room was not cleaned not once! Called the front and they said they will do it after the second night but didn’t. Had to put trash in hallway in order for them to take it. Water was hot room was clean. Queen beds were actually full size beds. Breakfast was not bad. Will I stay here again that will be no. I will say Robin that works at the front desk was very sweet.」

「I have a family of five and looked forward to staying at such a high rated hotel. We booked the suite and at first everything looked wonderful, but as we settled in we found that the fridge was unplugged and would take 8 hours to just get cold. As we were only staying one night this prevented us from keeping our children’s snacks and drinks refrigerated.
