「Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Would like to know the brand of the mattress was. . Walk in shower was great. Only thing that I didn't like was the bathroom sink counter was small. No counter space for your toiletries. And the parking was tight.」

「great place to stay」

「It was not clean」

「My only complaint is about the mattress. It needed to be replaced a few years ago :/ Besides that, we loved the hotel and our stay there.」

「Great scenery, quiet, lovely stay.」

「We had a great stay here」

「There are basically no shortcomings to comment on」

「本人喜欢睡硬床，这里的床太软」

「Bath drainage is a bit slow, hope to improve...」

「The staff was very friendly from check-in to check-out. Peggy was especially helpful and friendly while enjoying our breakfast.」

「The service is worth the price...」

「Beautifully Remodeled, Clean, and Comfortable! The Derby Inn has been beautifully updated! The rooms are exceptionally clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the large televisions are a nice touch. We also appreciated the secure gated parking, convenient keyless entry, and thoughtful extras like complimentary snacks, bottled water, and coffee. There is no traditional staffed front desk, but the keyless entry makes coming and going convenient. The only area that could use some improvement...

「My mini fridge has someone else's leftovers. There was hair on the shower wall. Staff tried to enter my room in middle of day while I was there unannounced. I get what I paid for. Next time I'll use a real, reputable hotel and just pay extra.」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. However the property was in need of a lot of repairs. Our door handle was broken. Cracks everywhere and small holes in walls. We killed a roach in our room. Our bedding was super clean and smelled of bleach so that was good. Also there was a bad natural gas smell and caused us to wake up with headaches both days. Will never stay here again.」
