「This hotel is a really great place to stay for your trip to visit Hot Springs. It is about a mile walk for more of the more popular amenities (bathhouse row, etc..) My family and I would stay here again!」

「Almost everything was great! Staff was courteous and helpful. Room and areas were well kept. Only wish there was a pool/hottub. Also, would have liked an iron and ironing board on the room; however, one was provided upon request.」

「Staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms are older and need to be updated. The beds are firm, not very comfortable. Walls are thin, you can hear the other guest talking and running down the hallway as well as the traffic on the highway. I don't plan to stay in the future.」
