「本人喜欢睡硬床，这里的床太软」

「Can not say enough wonderful things about my stay! The staff was so helpful, the room was clean and homey!」

「Our stay at the Williams B and B was wonderful. It is a well preserved 1800’s house with lots of style . The food was wonderful and the innkeepers very helpful at finding things in town. Definitely a great stay in Hot Springs」

「Private home, owners live in it! ... Amazing breakfast service & quietness thru stay. Short drive to tourist attractions. Knowledge *」

「The first room was it ready, another was given right away. The room was clean and tidy. Had to ask for a chair from the first room and it was gotten right away. The tub needed repainting but it was clean. We had our dog with us and his food needed to be kept frozen. The fridge defrosted every day and left big puddles of water. Had to use bath towels to soak it up. Thank goodness we had already showered. The food refrozen and nothing was lost. Some other guests did not know how to be quiet when...

「Definitely was not up to par as it was advertised, and was overcharged even when I booked through Expedia.」
