Wonderful Stay!

Food was fantastic, room was super clean and comfortable. Was hot but it was summer in Ark! Desserts were so good that I wouldn’t eat desserts while we were out so I could see what Joe baked. Owners and staff are so nice. Would stay again.

Wonderful find!

Wonderful. Absolutely tremendous. If you like historic homes, this is it! Incredibly comfortable bed, very cozy room, a huge, marvelous bathtub…nothing not to like! And the breakfast!! To die for!! Cody & Joe are very kind and wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back!

Exquisitely restored mansion with modern amenities. We were astounded by the attention to detail in every way. The mansion was decorated in the style of the period with comfortable and beautiful pieces. Two large sitting rooms for work or game play. One on each floor. Each room was unique, all with modern and large bathrooms. Our cottage out back was a small piece of heaven. Quiet and comfortable even unseasonably cold weather. The food preparation was beautiful, delicious and customized for our needs. We were delightfully pampered by the owners in a friendly, but not overbearing way.

We loved staying at the Williams House! We had our dog so we were in Cooper Cottage which was lovely and spacious. The main house is beautiful. Breakfast was outstanding. Joe and Cody do a spectacular job hosting their guests! Ask if Joe made his Hummingbird Cake. It was amazing! They gave us lots of recommendations for eating and things to do. If you are coming to Hot Springs definitely stay at the 1890 Williams House!! Don’t miss the Superior Bathhouse Brewery. We could bring our pup inside and the food was amazing! Plus the beer is brewed with the thermal water. So good! If you’re looking for a relaxing time go to Buckstaff Bathhouse for a soak in a tub of mineral water! It was terrific! We explored the National park. Did a couple of hikes and enjoyed the town. Great place to visit!!

Joe and Cody are phenomenal hosts. The 1890 House is an amazing historic property along the historic district just outside Hot Springs. The food and staff were so friendly I could have stayed a week longer. We will be back!

Fall in love again and again

This house is incredible and just the place a couple needs to become one again and again. Cathy, Julie and Ann are simply amazing ladies that want nothing more than to please each guest and make them family. We fell in love with the home, the carriage house, the ladies, the other guest and even the cat. You do not know the power of rest and relaxation until you have spent time with the Williams House. Much love to the girls, I hope we see eachother again!

A three course breakfast of great food but most importantly we’re the owners. They make you feel like their personal friends. The house is a historian’s dream. An added benefit is it’s close to downtown Hot Springs

Location Location Location

We loved our stay in Hot Springs and the cherry on top was staying at the 1890. The owners were fabulous, the breakfast delicious and we were able to walk to their strip of downtown, bathhouse row etc. And then also the other way catch the trails in the National Park without ever getting in our car. This was a great place. Joe and Cody have the place spotless and the breakfast every morning was amazing. The convenience to everything is great and within walking distance even on a hot day. Will definitely refer friends and will book on our return trip in the future.

What a lovely place! Joe and Cody are the perfect hosts. They take enormous pride in their lovely B&B and it shows. Joe is an amazing cook- home baked treats and a fabulous breakfast! Rooms are comfortable and spacious with all the amenities you’ll need. A true gem!
