「We were there for 5 days. Since our arrival their yard stole my heart. It is beautiful, like an oasis, quiet and a good place to relax since they have 2 pools on the property. 「What I have to say is that of the 5 trips I have visited Mexico 🇲🇽 this is one of the best that I have had, because I always go to Royaton, Hard Rock, to Los Dreams and I have to admit that this resort is not as well known as the others but it is super excellent, the best, the employees, the food, the cleanliness, the show at night, the view of the hotel to the beach, the pools all, ESPECIALLY BACTENDER WHO WAS ALWAYS IN THE CHILDREN'S POOL WHOSE NAME WAS LOST BUT I THINK IT'S CALLED (PEDRO)...

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
