「It was our 4th visit to Nickelodeon Riviera Maya. Our kids now 3 and 7 love it. This time we brought another family (friends) and they also enjoyed their stay with their kids. Park is awesome, rooms are very nice and comfortable, staff is very helpful and the general ambiance is perfect for families with children. 「When I booked it did not realize it was more of a romantic room. I was traveling with my girl friend and it was a bit awkward since her and I are friends best friends. It would have been nice if you also cater to non couples specially the rooms . The shower was a bit much out in the open with a friend. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
