「Really, everything. But it starts with staff who care & take a little pride in the work. I should have asked the morning guy his name, super helpful at check-in and during our visit. Very clean. Not far to Lackland AFB & a number of eateries, plenty of options. We were in a large room with a walk-in shower, pretty nice. Two King beds! Had 8 in for a brief gathering, plenty of room, but some have to stand or sit on a bed, not at all bad. Outstanding coffee. It's a fresh vibrant blend, Lavazza....

「We always enjoy our stay at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort. I love that they are pet friendly, go above and beyond with a little welcome baggie for our dog, the grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed walking the trails and property grounds. The option to have room service was amazing, the food was delicious, my services at the spa were delightful and the staff was so kind in all the departments. We look forward to a return trip soon. 」

「All the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast included sausage, eggs, cereal, fruits, waffles, etc. The room was clean and the price is incredibly affordable. This hotel is close to Walmart; it has a good size fridge and microwave inside the room. 」
