The reviews on TA had me very worried but our stay was suffficient. Not as good as other timeshare properties but it was sufficient. Staff definitely needs some training to improve overall impact of stay. Pros: Clean, spacious rooms Pool area was nice (not great) Cons: Had problems with our tv and requested help 3 times. There was no follow up or communication with updates. Pool staff was making personal phone calls while they were on-duty. They charged for minor things….$.50 for a marshmallow roasting stick. Literally, you can buy a 20 pack for $1 nearby

The amenities are awesome but the rooms are showing their age. Paint overspray everywhere, our toilet ran, the shower pull was frozen and the GFCI plug in the bathroom was nonfunctional. They fixed the shower first day but everything else remained. Brautiful setting...

Rooms and property were nice. Front desk Staff was very unhelpful and unprofessional. Housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and friendly (5 stars for them!) Make sure to call in advance to make sure amenities are open during planned stay- we showed up to check in and were told that the lazy river was drained and smores activity were cancelled the week we were there.

I would have liked to know that the lazy river and sauna were not working before I arrived. Nothing on their website about it. Expedia said they would have some construction on "exteriors", but no mention of amenities being closed. The EV charging station wasn't operational either. Rather frustrating, as I had to drive around town to find one. The pool was lovely, and the room was great.

Room was spotless, we did have a little hangup but nothing serious. The water pressure was ok. The bed was to soft for me. The amenities was perfect. I had to pay extra fees. I was not a fan about. I felt the resort feed should have been included in the cost when i paid for the package.
