Overall, we had a very great experience. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Love the Texas shaped waffles. The rooms were spacious and comfortable . It was perfect for a family of five. Will definitely return for another family trip.

The good was the size and style of the room. Bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Good choice/variety of items. Bad was our vehicle was broken into in their parking lot. Said there was a night security guard who didn't notice anything. Cameras in the parking lot didn't show anything according to the police.

Good place friendly staff clean rooms. The only thing was that the showerhead did not dispense water with a lot of pressure, and it was a little noisy. Not enough to change rooms, but kind of an expectation that water dispenses with enough pressure to take a shower.

Hotel, room, and property was clean. Quiet area and away, with the exception of a few barking dogs in the hallway. Parking lot in the back a bit dark, but was able to find parking close to our room window and near a light. Breakfast options were okay, no orange juice just water and apple juice. We arrived about 2 hours before breakfast was over and OJ was never refilled. Cream cheese for bagels tasted a little funny, was sitting out in open serving container maybe too long.

Customer service and staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating! The suite itself must of been training grounds for maintenance staff and cleaning crew because it was not worth the room rate we paid. Room was dirty, floors sticky, refrigerator missing handle, kitchen sink faucet not securely attached had to hold it to turn on/off. Kitchen silverware and pans were old and dirty. It was gross! I had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies so we could clean everything. Knobs on stove top unusable as they were stripped and dangerous. If you got it to turn on you couldn’t get it to shut off. Bed frame broken, kitchen table legs broken and wobbly. Hardware missing off bathroom door handle, toilet bowl not secured to floor and actually moves. Pool was closed for maintenance but did not have posted on Expedia website. Room keys failed several times during our stay and we could not get into our room late at night. Breakfast was great, lobby was nice and location was very convenient. My husband and I have decided to change our chain of hotels in future to do business with!

Pool was not operational. At the time of booking, it was never mentioned. Dishwasher was not operational in the room. Our room was in the front block and there was a tree branch hitting our windows throughout the night. It was noisy and couldn't sleep. Breakfast menu was limited. The room key card was not working after we checked in. Front desk staff was careless. Overall not impressed. Lack of customer service. Lot of areas to improve.
