「Nice hotel, great location, and comfortable beds」

「The staff was great,」

「床很好睡」

「First off front desk person tried to help make things right as did the asst mgr. But… Our first room had mold stained shower and the toilet broke. They moved us to another room. It was ok but the bathroom showers need to all be replaced. The floors were dirty and evidenced by my bare feet every time I took a shower - black tracks on the shower floor mat. The breakfast help did not address the most urgent needs first which was “no coffee.” We waited at least 45 minutes for it. We had coffee...

「It was very noisy」

「The room is clean and staff is friendly. The only concern is breakfast. It doesnt have many options and it stops at 9 which is early for travellors.」

「整体都很好」

「Very convenient to check in and out nice property」

「We loved this hotel. It is very conveniently located on the Riverwalk with lots of dining options nearby. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning and at the sister hotel across the river one morning, but were great. The property is clean, beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we return to San Antonio.」
