The rooms were spacious however, there are no vending machines. There is one area by the reception where some snacks and water and drinks are available, however you have to pay cash and $5 per water bottle and soda was quite a bit much. Overall experience was average, nothing in terms of service or amenities stood out.

Pros: My room was simple but clean and the ac was on when I arrived. I stayed on the 3rd floor and it was quiet. The bed was also pretty comfy. I had no issue with parking. Staff were friendly. Came by in am for cleaning but I denied, everything was stocked. Check in/checkout was easy. Free breakfast, but limited options. Cons: Hot breakfast was the same, it didn’t change.(eggs and sausage) Elevator needs some work. The light was flashing and there were scratches. It was also missing the up/down light sign. I didn’t need it, but the washer was broken.

The room has this indescribable odor. Almost certain it’s in the carpet. The chair had stains just as other reviews mentioned. I didn’t feel unsafe. Parking lot is well lit. Limited access into the building. Night staff was very alert when we arrived in the middle of the night. The staff were accommodating and professional. The gym is simple and clean. Nearby is a mall, some shopping centers, a Target and a Walmart, restaurants, Dave & Buster and Six Flags. The stay satisfied what we needed for the one night but we won’t be back.

Very clean property. The staff gave me trouble in the beginning. They tried to charge me $250 for using the side door. When I asked the front desk about the charge they lied telling me they didnt try to charge me, I have the charge on the debit card I used. They talked me disrespectful, called me a lier, and said they have me on camera, which I would love to be reviewed, because I was trying to defuse the situation the whole time as the front desk guy got loud and disrespectful with me.
