The hotel location is great but the smell of the hotel and room are terrible, the front desk were rude not even give us a welcome phrase. I understand that they don’t change bed sheets or new towels but at lease go and straight the room. This is the first time that happens to me that they don’t do it.

15th march seemed short staffed wouldve been nice if pool towels were stocked, sheets were in the room already for the pull out bed and or brought to us... we had to go get them and after traveling all day was kinda sucky. Also complementary water wasnt full when front desk was just sitting at the desk not busy at all.... next morning breakfast was unorganized and busy we just left after waiting for 20min.... didnt seemed stocked or prepared. Other wise other days and experience was good.
