「There is no Internet service. Our phones wouldn’t work. The hill country experience was beautiful! The air conditioner in one of our bunk houses started making horrific noises, and we couldn’t call out on the Emergency number to get anyone to fix it since we discovered it after hours. So we slept without air-conditioning, but the ceiling fan kept the air circulating. The bathroom and shower stalls were small, but well maintained. I would definitely stay there again but have different...

「The bathroom look like it was painted by a five year-old, very sloppy job. The carpet in the bedroom needs to be replaced. Very disgusting. Breakfast wasn’t even worth mentioning or eating. Will not return to this hotel」

「The facility was totally misrepresented in Expedia. Based on the descriptions and photos and the 9.2 rating, we booked 7 nights in a “premier” room. The room we were given did not look even remotely like the photos. The “shower” was a cloth wrap around a free standing tub—away from walls with no grab bars, no place for soap/shampoo. The bathroom was a step down from the bedroom. My wife stumbled to her knees when she got up to use the bathroom at night because she missed the step in the dark....
