I reserved a "Handicapped" room.....got anything BUT that. Yeah - it had handrails....at least 5 of them to "help" you step over the REGULAR sized tub! Another set of handrails by the STANDARD height toilet.... Oh - and it wouldn't be a fair review w/o mentioning the COMPLETE lack of ramps at the various entry points on the property - I was able to resolve that by holding onto the walker as my wife navigated the 5-6" CURBS from the parking lot to the property entry....and plenty of steps everywhere to help you exercise. The FINAL insult? After taking a fall and bruising myself severely, we decided it was simply too unsafe. The staff PROMISED us we'd be credited for the stay....STILL hasn't happened. I WILL be in touch with the state and local regulatory agencies regarding their LACK of handicapped access.

Restaurant was open 10-2, otherwise, there is no room service, no open store for food or amenities, no vending. You have to go to the desk to pick up your own towels if needed

Room's need updating badly. Restaurant closed, it is only opened on Friday and Saturday nights. Pool was green, room keys didn't work never sent anyone had to go get them myself. We didn't even take a shower to nasty. Chair was nasty also. Breakfast was good 35.00 for 2 of us, 4 dollars for a less than great cup of joe.

It was a good hotel to stay for a weekend. Was disappointed that the restaurant was closed. They served food in the saloon/bar, but was not happy with what was on the menu. Went to eat elsewhere. Rooms are outdated and old, hotel needs to do some updates.

The establishment is an older but nice place. I think they could update the rooms themselves. Really noisy from traffic out side. I feel that on a Tuesday night they would have provided a room away from the front and roadside.

Property is in poor condition. Maintenance is terrible. VERY dated. The price reflected this but Expedia rating was 8.2 as I recall. It was not worthy of this.

I would not recommend staying at YO Hotel. The overall experience was very disappointing from start to finish. The room was extremely dirty and clearly not maintained to any acceptable standard. It felt neglected, and cleanliness is the bare minimum you expect from any hotel—especially at the price they are charging. The staff was also quite rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even worse. Instead of addressing concerns, they came across as dismissive and uninterested. Another major issue is the lack of security. The room doors are directly accessible from the road, with no controlled access, which felt unsafe—especially for families with kids. I would not consider this a suitable place to stay with children. To top it all off, the pricing is far too high for the condition and overall experience. You can find much better value and safer accommodations elsewhere. Overall, a very poor experience and not worth the money. I would strongly advise looking at other options in the area.

Consistently having problems with keys in our rooms all three of my guests .all three rooms.air conditioner would not shut off in two of the rooms. The yards have not been cut in months rocks all over the parking lots can’t even roll your suitcases. I have been staying here for over 30 years and it has gone downhill badly the last five. please help bring this hotel back to a four star rating. It’s too historic to let go like this.
