Yes, the staff was courteous and very friendly. I did make some suggestions. I need handicap parking spaces in spots so you can be close to the ramps. Also, it would be helpful if they had carts to get your luggage to your room other than that, the state was very pleasant and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful room and buildings! Love the stone floors and rustic accents. The dining room/restaurant is lovely. The pool area is very pretty and I love the view over the town. Great location but cleanliness needs to be stepped up. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, but here's my issue: the bathroom. Shower curtain/liner needed to be washed. It smelled like it had not been changed for a while. This is not acceptable for the price we paid, and I have stayed here before and encountered the same issue, but didn't leave a review.
