It smelled clean in the lobby but as I was checking in another patron came out and said their room given to them had someone in it. So kinda of scary start. The room itself was very smoky smelling. No coffee pot at all in the room or in the lobby. 15% off to Denny's next door but their staff was not much better to be honest. It was for one night, but I doubt I will consider staying there again.

Room did not have a trash can. Front Desk could not provide one. Was given trash bags to use in place of no trash can. Water pressure was weak. There were several bugs in the room.

My family and I stayed at Home Suites Culebra while visiting my mother who is currently on life support in the hospital. At check-in I was required to pay a deposit, but no one explained that if I checked out before 9am on my checkout date, I would not be able to receive my deposit back until housekeeping inspected the room. I checked out at 5am and the front desk agent, Tre, told me I had to call back at 9am. When I called, I was told to speak with Rebecca, who was never available. Tre kept placing me on long holds and eventually said the deposit was approved but that he still couldn’t return it. On top of that, the room floors were very dirty and clearly had not been mopped. The only set of towels provided for my family had hair on them, so I had to go out and purchase towels for us to use. The room curtains also would not close, and the only solution offered by the front desk was a bed sheet to cover the window. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I would not stay here again.

Pictures beautiful!! Reality Horrible conditions deplorable!! The White Towels were so dirty looked gray!! Ice machine was so nasty!! They charged a deposit they didn't tell you about in advance!!

We spent 3days/2nights and well website site was misleading, the room had a leak in the shower that caused interrupted sleep, there were roaches to when we were packing to leave had to Mae sure we didn’t take any back home. Not enough towels for 4 people. Staff was very courteous and good customer service.

It was very clean very inexpensive and you get what you paid for no amenities. Pool was not working two women at the reception desk. One was working with a customer. I was a second behind another customer. The other receptionist was sitting on her phone eating chips she finally woke up and seen that I was standing there, so there could be improvement on the front desk. Also, I understand because of the price there was no breakfast of any kind but they had a huge coffee urn that would’ve been nice to have coffee ready when we left for the Air Force Base and the ceremonies at 5:30 in the morning. I could see they were doing improvements, painting, and flooring. The biggest disappointment was no Wi-Fi. I tried to cheat off of Denny’s front desk said to use the Ramada Inn, but you needed a passcode to get into that one so as long as they keep working and improving, it could be a really nice facility.

Arrived friday about 430 checked in. Conjoined rooms with 2 doors in between that lock. Well that other room loud screaming kids and their mother all night. Then neighbor argueing and screaming in font of our door. No cups or nothing for water. Was there 3 nights 4 days housekeeking never came by to clean room. Change sheets and replace used toilet paper roll. By sunday out of toilet paper luckily i had wipes with me. Checked out sunday around 10 maybe earlier. Still no house keeping. The way i see it i shouldnt have to call the front for all this. Will never stay there or a place with conjoined rooms with 2 doors in between them keeping them seperated because theres not much privacy. I can hear everything they said and im sure they heard us. Especially me complainting about their loud ass kids and them speaking loud. I wouldnt recommend this place not even to a homeless person
