「This was a great spot when it opened but the management company and ownership have not invested in maintenance, upkeep, or professional staff. I am never one to complain but do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else but here. I mean this place is such a joke that they have plexiglass coverings for the windows because the windows are not sealed properly and thus significant amounts of mold has grown in the windowsills」

「Rooms need upgrade, no closet, no safe to put valuables, no tea/coffee maker, no mini fridge, no microwave. What the hell!!The bathroom doors slide open spontaneously during a shower. I liked the linen cabinet, so guests can get whatever they need without waiting for 'housekeeping". Great idea.」

「Very nice accommodations. A few "stone face" employees but other than that, a nice stay.」

「Not exactly ADA compliant. So plan on taking your luggage up and down a few steps. Otherwise, the room was pretty and the bed was comfy.」

「Clean Room, Staff were very nice and helpful. The shuttle drivers were great. The pool was kinda small, but great hotel if you need to get to the airport.」

「Love their service. Room is clean and have shuttle to RIC.」
