「Every time I called for my car I got a message saying that the number I entered was incorrect but it wasn't and my car would arrive. When I explained this to the parking attendants they said I could come down and ask the parking desk inside. Why would I want to come down when you had a phone system? And the fee is astronomical. 「My family (of 3) and I enjoyed the hotel and the room we stayed so much. Located near many restaurants right in downtown Cleveland. It was fun to walk around. The room was spacious (we chose a king bed with a pullout sofa). Mainly because this room is bigger than a normal 2 queens or 1 king. Huge and clean bathroom. It’s just comfortable. The lobby is nice and welcoming. I truly have no complaint. 」

But the microwave door stuck so I had to pry it open to use it, black out curtains didn't close all the way so it wasn't as dark in the room as I would have liked. Maid left the curtains open again after the room was serviced and I couldn't get the remote to work to close them again. Was finally able to pull them shut most of the way manually. 「This was a large hotel with amenities like a pool and restaurant/bar that we didn't use on this trip. We chose it primarily due to its location near where we needed to be for doctor appointments. The rooms/bathroom appeared older, but it was fine for our needs. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast.」
