I loved the fact of where our room was located. It was nice and private, quiet, and safe. We had a beautiful view of the snow falling last night. The bed was soo comfy. The room was very spacious and emaculately clean. At first my boyfriend was a little upset that we were about 30 minutes away from where he was going to have surgery the next day. But he quickly got over that once he saw the room and a balcony which very few hotels offer. The staff was wonderful. They very happily greeted us when we arrived and departed. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay for a lovely quiet night...

Excellent staff and customer service; however the remodel is not great. Air in one room could not cut off or adjust. Stayed on blowing cold. Door by lock was carved out. Some room outlets don’t work. Water in some rooms smelled like sewage. Stayed in 3 different rooms. However, the staff was amazing.

The check-in process was very quick and efficient. The outside area needed attention as both trash cans were overflowing and you could smell the trash as soon as you stepped out of the car. The rooms were okay, comfortable and clean enough although my son’s sheets were not clean. Overall the room was okay.
