I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. The location was one of my favorite parts. It was easy access to everything I wanted to see and do. It was the perfect place to relax while still being close to great restaurants and shopping. This is our 4th stay here; we travel to see family in the area and keep coming back to this hotel. The front desk staff and dining staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Cant beat the breakfast on site (great waffles!) and the happy hour. It was our 1x at happy hour - we came in at 530 pm one night - exhausted and tired; it was a great comfort to have food and a couple of beers. The good size pool and hot tub helped to sooth sore muscles and entertain kids - the pool water a little cold this time but still fine. We also like the dining options nearby and groceries at Whole Foods - walk to BJs Restaurant across parking lot.

My family and I stayed here for a few nights and this hotel did not disappoint. The staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast, the nightly snacks and drinks were very very good. We will certainly stay here again when in the area.

Hotel staff are all helpful and friendly. Hotel itself is clean and an excellent value considering they offer breakfast and dinner in the price. Pool was clean but the temp was too cold for me but probably will feel great in summer months.

The hotel is very clean. The rooms were very spacious. And the staff is so genuine and friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the Cleveland area.
