The restaurant food was very good. Staff was pleasant. Bed was comfy. Only issues were that the freezer compartment of the fridge had clearly not been defrosted for ages and the thermostat cover was broken. Would mostly recommend and would stay here again.

Wilben the receptionist, the chef, servers and maintenance personnel were polite and professional. The chef did an excellent job preparing breakfast.The place was kept clean at all times, the room, beds, and bathroom was comfortable and clean, free parking was a plus. My wife and I really enjoyed the location and quiet atmosphere. Our 3 night stay was peaceful and relaxing for this Memorial day weekend, that was the purpose for our getaway. We will definitely stay again.

A good family friendly hotel for the right price. Our room definitely needed renovation...AC unit leaking on the carpet causing the room.to smell bad. The furniture was rather beat up and out of date. With that said, the room was ok for the price. It wasn't dirty. We had the amenities we needed. The staff and manager (Mo) could not have been any nicer. We'll be in the area about the same time next year and hope they will have done some renovation by then.

The staff was tremendous. They had a burst pipe of some sort and had the plumber on site when I checked in around 5-6 PM. The water was shut off at that time. They calmly explained what had happened, what they had done about it, and the estimated time the repair would be complete. When that happened, earlier than the estimated time, they notified the guests. It was a really good piece of work by the staff!!

The staff was extremely polite and helpful during our stay. Our room was clean when we arrived, they did mention if you wanted room service that you’d need to let them know the night before. Breakfast was nice- they had a menu with a few options to choose from, and they also offered a “made to order” type of breakfast as well. They were doing maintenance work so the hallway wasn’t the most aesthetically pleasing thing to look at, but overall great hotel! Really close to the zoo, hall of fame and other areas!
