「Highly recommend this cute bed and breakfast!! The hosts made us feel like family. The home was super clean, very cozy, relaxing, and the breakfast was outstanding! We wish would could find more places like this on our travels. If we ever come thru Lubbock again, we will definitely go back! 」

「Parking lot is lit up like a Friday night lights which is good because the parking lot had some sketchy folks. The hotel did not have drinking water because the vending machine was empty. The shower has no door or curtain so water accumulated on the floor. 」

「This property is a gem for sure. The suite was a good size with separate living, bathroom and bedroom areas. Very nice stay and comfortable bed! There is no on site staff, they text you the room code. That was nice too.」

「Avoid this property!!! We had a bad experience here about six or eight months ago, but wanted to give them another chance. Very bad idea! Bathroom wasn't cleaned - dirty towels from prior guests and hairs all over the sink. Room stank of stale cigs and bad deodorizer. Loud party started at 2AM next door - finally insisted on a new room. The AC in the new room clanked like it was falling off the wall - finally turned it off. Roaches crawling in bathroom and kitchen. And again, someone else's...

「Rooms were filthy, mold on shower head and window blinds. Bathroom counters dirty and door hook was broken.Pool was broken. No ice in the whole hotel. Small refrigerator was broken. Tv did not work the first day. Room was not cleaned the whole visit. Management did nothing to help address our concerns.」

「Cinnamon from thr front desk was awesome and the in the breakfast too. But the room was not cleaned well. There are hair on the bathroom floor and used cotton swab.」

「Jake was awesome! Our ac unit wasnt fully working and he let us borrow a small fan. There were a couple of dust bunnys on ceiling and shower wasnt fully cleaned but other than that pretty well kept.」
