「Hotel very outdated needs a desperate renovation. Bathroom had mold, wallpaper coming off, water pressure not good, dry dog poop on the stairs, pool water green. Bed was comfy pillows were horrible. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. Staff was very kind and friendly.」

「The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was the ac it only mildly cooled the room stayed at 78 degrees . But it was tolerable and I will definitely stay there again」

「We have always been able to depend upon Hampton Inns for excellence...until now! The property is rundown; needed paint; carpet was filthy and left our feet and shoes black on the bottoms; sheets did not fit the bed; breakfasts were not up to what we had come to expect based upon other Hampton Inns; corners of room and bath were dirty. Someone had knocked a hole in the closet door which had been very poorly repaired and left unpainted. We were very disappointed in this hotel in Lubbock, TX.」

「I really want this hotel to survive, but you are living on borrowed time. You are at least 5 years behind in improvement and renovation. Carpeting, vents (rusting and filthy), damaged plaster ceilings, door key cards working 50% of the time, television in bedroom freezing in both rooms I stayed in. Eventually this property will fall in on itself. Hilton needs to invest. This is a property with great location and potential.」

「Check-in and checkout was very quick, professional and informative. Menu for breakfast was written on a board outside of breakfast area. This was very unique and helpful. Everything was clean and in its place. I would definitely stay again if I am ever in this area again.」

「We arrived around 12:30 a.m. The entrance looked nice and matched the photos on Google, but unfortunately the rooms were nothing like what was advertised. The hallways had no air conditioning, making them hot and humid, and the carpet throughout the hallway had multiple stains. The elevator was covered in smudges, giving it a dirty appearance. Once we got to our room, we found stained bed sheets and stained carpet. To make matters worse, there was no bar soap or shampoo provided. I went...

「Good clean rooms and the breakfast was very good! Outside benches need some cushions for sure. Bar needs a little better selection of hard alcohol. Staff was very nice check in was easy, Rooms nice and quiet and spacious. We will stay again when in Lubbock」
