Absolutely disappointing experience. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and far below acceptable standards. The lack of cleanliness was unacceptable, and the unprofessional behavior made the experience even worse. Guests pay for a clean room and respectful customer service, and unfortunately, this hotel failed on both. I would not recommend staying here, and I definitely would not return. Management needs to do better.

Clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly front desk on check in. The hotel does need some updates, but was fine for a one night stay while on a road trip.

Clean room and hotel. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was as expected - basic hot hotel breakfast. The only issue we had was that our curtains were broken and wouldn’t close all the way. So the VERY, VERY bright parking lot lights from the neighboring hotel couldn’t be completely blocked out.
