「I booked thru Expedia and pre-paid $48 with Expedia points. I had a confirmation # a reservation and shared it with the front desk staff. He denied my confirmation # and my reservation (said it was a mix up). He proceeded to more than doubled the price. I reported this to Expedia, book a different hotel, much more expensive so I could sleep after a long travel day. Expedia asked the hotel manager to refund my $48 he declined. Im seriously considering ending my relationship with Expedia. ...

「Clean room and we had the room with a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom and it was fantastic!! I love that we had a clean room and a clean tub.」

「These people were very rude. They kicked me out of the motel because they accused me of smoking in the room. When I did not I would never stay here again. This is the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life.」

「We were told by locals that it’s one of the safer hotels on the interstate. Very clean property room could have been just a bit cleaner. No complaints overall.」

「My first two rooms had broken TVs. My third room had a poorly running AC unit. The TVs went out during the TTU softball game and I was unable to watch. Wallpaper peeling off in the bathroom. No pool chairs, just a couple of regular chairs around a single table.」

「This place is run-down, needing renovations, without any communication from staff for “out of order” ice machines, knowing this has pissed off many guests who eventually find their way to the restaurant to get ice, where the bartender is more helpful and hospitable than the hotel staff. The phone inside our “suite” didn’t work to call front desk and when we tried to call front desk on our cell phone, no one answered. Thanks for the extra obstacles and work, just to relax and watch the Spurs...
