「Loved having 2 power bars in the room so we had plenty of options to charge devices. Wished the pillows were a little more comfortable」

「issues with checking in. I noticed they wanted me to agree to them being able to enter my room at anytime. So I refused to sign and the staff said I had to in order to stay there. It degenerated from there. They refused to let me stay there 3 times after I agreed to sign. It took my two friends that were also staying there to speak on my behalf before he finally agreed to let me stay. Then we were given a room by the elevator which was not the best , but at least I had a place to sleep」

「The rooms were very outdated. Furniture was rundown. Faucet was missing a handle.」

「No clean towels, nobody was there for cleaning the whole entire time, the breakfast is poor」

「We switched rooms at least 3 times and by the 3rd room I gave up. The outlets were sketchy, the microwave looked like someone was cooking something other than food amd the roaches were horrible. There was nasty unmentionables all over the chairs amd the floors. Housekeeping was nearly nonexistent. Oh yeah and the AC didnt work very well.」

「Air conditioning unit leaking on the carpet.dresser drawer wouldn’t stay shut, several electrical outlets wouldn’t work correctly and drain in bathroom leaked and couldn’t take a bath. Toilet paper holder broke. Not the best stay from my experiences with Holiday Inns」

「Nice property and location. Only problem I had was the ice machine was off on top two floors, I didn’t check any other floors.」

「The property was outdated and minimally cleaned. The staff was not extremely helpful at check in (although the girl at checkout and breakfast was wonderful) they have a decent breakfast but the area and hotel are sketchy. It’s a place to sleep but that’s about it!」

「The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the USB outlets by the bed and under the TV weren't working, but the one on the lamp was. The TV occasionally had bad reception, but not too bad.The air conditioning unit by the window leaked water on the floor at times, but it still worked well and kept the room nice and cool.」
