"This a hotel was quite the hotel for the price. Office gal was so pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless. Nice location. Lots of restaurants, stores etc for anything you might need while traveling. Worked out well for an overnight before getting on the cruise ship in Galveston the next morning. Highly recommend."

Everything was super. Great room and separate seating area was great. Our only complaint was the light switch in the bathroom operated the light and the exhaust fan both with no separate controls. Not good for relaxing bath that my wife wanted to take.
We just turned off the bathroom light and used the room lights to give atmosphere she was wanting.

Everything was great, except the breakfast and the one person I talked on the phone trying to get help with hooking up my sons PlayStation and she didn’t assist in anyway saying you either know how to do it or you don’t! Like maybe it was something with the tv never had this issue before hooking up. She was very rude. Other than that everything else was great!
