Todo bien, excepto la limpieza, la habitación estaba sucia, el baño lleno de pelo de huésped anteriores y el piso estaba sucio también. Es un hotel de paso y las instalaciones están en buen estado solo hay que poner atención en la limpieza.

Check in was quick and easy. Room already had air conditioning on! The area was quiet and everything was clean and functional. The continental breakfast was mostly cereal. I did not see any other breads, eggs, or meat. We left without eating. If you need a place to sleep, this is good.

Worst hotel experience ever. Long story short, I arrived at the hotel to check in and discovered that someone had already checked in under my name. The person had a different phone number and address, yet the hotel still gave him my room. The front desk employee asked me numerous questions, and the situation eventually escalated to the point where the police were called due to suspected identity theft. The officers arrived, but the person was no longer in the room, so I ended up leaving the property and booking another hotel nearby. Expedia was very helpful throughout the situation and refunded my money. However, what I find particularly concerning is that the hotel never canceled my reservation because someone had already checked in under my name. How does that even happen?. I used to stay at this hotel regularly, but after this unacceptable experience and the serious security concerns it raised, I will not be returning. A hotel should be able to protect its guests' identities and reservations, and this property failed miserably at both.

The AC worked great. The bed was comfortable. The staff at check in was very helpful, friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast wasn’t much to speak of. There was toast and bagels, cereal and milk and a couple of pieces of fruit. The two coffee thermoses were empty at 8:30 am and so I waited for more coffee to be brewed. It didn’t seem anyone was monitoring the area.
